  1. I think you are one of those people who functions as a hub of activity. Some of us find one another here at your blog. It certainly is fascinating, isn’t it, how we find people with whom we feel a kind of connnection in the midst of the overwhelming numbers on the web? I will admit that occasionally, when I am overwhelmed and not posting regularly, I wonder if should give in and let the blog go. However, I am always stopped when I think of all the new friends that I would lose touch with.

  2. First off, Paul, thank you for your kind words and mention. Second, I think that when the internet works like it can (which isn’t always, mind you) people of ‘like mind’ can and do find each other. One thing I’ll mention about your work is your sense of color, as exemplified by the wonderful image above. And, btw, as a call-back to an earlier comment, I, too started programming with a TRS-80 (model II, just so we’re clear) in 1979. I used it as a big calculator, calculating foot-candles and beam angles for my lighting designs. So, I can code enough to get myself in trouble, pretty much. I’m so glad I found your blog.

  3. I don’t remember how I found your blog, but I’m glad I did, it’s been interesting reading. You and Anita have been inspiring me to post more frequently. :)

  4. Rakesh – I am honored to be put in a class with Paul on any count, and I am so pleased that you are inspired to post more. That way we can get to know you better.
