I was browsing through my closet yesterday looking for a particular lens. I was looking for my Nikon 18-70 mm lens that I’ve had for a very, very long time. Recently I just sold my Tamron 200 – 500 mm, and my Tamron 18-270mm, leaving me with only one zoom lens for the D300, and a couple of primes.
However, when I looked in the closet, I noticed that there were two lenses sitting on the shelf. ??? What is that? I picked it up, turned it around, and: Surprise! Surprise! It was my Tamron 11-18mm zoom. My first thought: I thought that I sold that a couple of years ago, but apparently not! Oh well, looks like another zoom lens gets put on the auction block!
I had a look in Lightroom to see when was the last time that I had used it. Well, nothing this year or last year. I didn’t look further.
It’s just another phase. I tend to get rid of things when I no longer use them for long periods of time. No biggie. 🙂
