The total number of photos is somewhere around 12,000. Mind you, these are not individual photos, per se, some of these were taken during martial arts competition, which drives the numbers up by several thousand due to the high frame rate.
It was a stellar year, with lots of changes in my life. It was a mixed bag, but I wouldn’t trade my life for anyone else’s. I love it! How else can one understand happiness without it’s counterpart? It’s all part of the balance of life, yin and yang!
Next year looks to be full of excitement and adventure, as well. I’ll keep this short: As the year comes to a close, I wish each and every one of you the happiest of new years! For some, like Cedric, the New Year’s celebrations are already a done deal. As I write this, it’s 7:04 AM, 1/1/2012 in Australia. I hope that he didn’t drink too much!
Peace to you all!
Paul

Paul, enjoy the ride! Happy new year and all the best for you, your family and… ah, everybody!
I know it will be rewarding to follow your adventures in the coming year and always look forward to the next post. Wow! That is an impressive number of photos! Way out of my league.
Happy New Year Paul and to all your readers. Sorry to disappoint but my new year’s celebrations are always sedate. I’m a boring old man (ask my wife). In any case I feel light-headed after just two beers
I’ve enjoyed following you in 2011, my only regret being that I didn’t get to meet you when you came down-under. I have no doubt we will meet one day (my wife is dropping hints about seeing her relatives in NY so you never know). I’m looking forward to more photos and stories from you in 2012.
All the best to you and your readers, many of whom are among my favourite bloggers
Happy New Year to you Paul!
