I was out this evening with His Royal Highness, Sir Hobbs and noticed that it might be an interesting sunset. So, after bringing him back in, I headed down to the Lake Wylie in McDowell Nature Preserve.
I took several shots of the warm glow of the sun, but just as the sun was about to dip below the tree line, I happened to look over the railing that I was leaning against and saw the flow on the rocks at the edge of the shore.
Funny, I didn’t even expect to have the photos of the rocks become my favorite photos of the evening, but they did. It was a different type of sunset.
