My couple of days with Anita were absolutely fantastic! I’ll write more about that later. This afternoon, I left her house and drove to Yucca Valley, CA, some 3 1/2 hours away. It was, thankfully, and uneventful drive through the desert!
When I arrived at the hotel, around 7:00 PM, I checked in, then took off and went to the park to have a look around. I plan to return tomorrow for a real ‘shoot’. I only stayed about 30 minutes since the sun was about to head down below the mountains.
Not bad for a hand-held shoot. Tomorrow, the tripod will be in use. Yes! I brought the D700
