My name is Paul Lester, as the name of the blog implies. I’ve been in love with photography and all things photographic since I got my hands on a Minolta SRT-101 when I was in the 11th grade, back in 1978. I built my own darkroom, developed film, developed prints. Through the years I’ve moved to digital, but part of my heart is still with film. I still shoot and develop my own film, but no longer print, I scan.
Paul! You know, man! I’ve looked at your blog and read your posts and I just don’t get it. What’s your blog about? It seems to be about a little of everything!
Nigel, my cowoker, was right. This blog is really a slice of my life. I don’t restrict my topics to photography. Sometimes I talk about my goals, challenges, and general things about life. There’s so much going on in the world. Why not talk about it?
By day I do software development. I’m fortunate in that I have a career that I really like and it affords me a lifestyle that I can pursue my hobbies and other things that interest me.
So, thanks for stopping by. I appreciate it.
