I have just returned from another work trip to NYC. While there I put in quite a few miles on the sneakers, in fact, more miles in any one week than I’ve never done before. I walked about 60 miles in 7 days, all around Manhattan. I walked up to Central Park, through Times Square, down to Greenwich Village, almost to The Battery, The High Line, and all points in between. My Fitbit was praising me quite a bit. 🙂…

A friend of mine, Gordon, used to joke with me about a previous car that I had when I lived in Texas. Paul. You really care about your car because you wash it once a year, whether it needs it or not! 🙂 ~Gordon And, quite honestly, that’s about the truth of the matter. Of course, I do miss being able to get up in the morning, go to the dam, take pictures, and still be able to start work by 9:00…

Air Bellows Gap – The Blue Ridge Parkway It’s been a good few days in-between. I left Bank of America on August 26th and I head to New Jersey on Sunday, September 7th to start my new job. I’ll be in the NJ/NYC area for the first week as that’s where most of the people are. I’ll be doing what’s known in the business as KT, or Knowledge Transfer. This will not be the vista that I’ll be seeing. It…
